Add Your Favorite Playgrounds to Your Web Site

We've tried to make it easy to add your favorite playgrounds to your own website. Follow the instructions below to find out how.

There are a few simple steps involved in adding your favorite playgrounds to your website. We've written out the steps below, but if you are having issues, or still have any questions after reading the steps below, use the "Contact Us" form to ask for more help.

Step 1 - Find or Add Your Playground

The first thing you need to do is select your favorite playgrounds. This can be done searching for your playground. Enter the location of the playground in the search box at the top of any page to bring up a list of playgrounds in that area. If the playground you are looking for is not in the search results, follow the links to add your playground. You can also add your playground by clicking here. We suggest you search for it first, because we don't want to have duplicate playgrounds show up in the list.

Step 2 - Add Playground to your Favorite Playgrounds List

Once you have found or added your playground, view the playground details page. Once on the playground details page, you will see a link on the bottom right side to add this playground to your favorite playground list.
Click on this link to add the playground to your favorite playground list. Repeat steps 1 & 2 until you have added all of your favorite playgrounds.

Step 3 - Get the Playground Mapper Gadget

Click on the "Get The Gadget" link in the footer of any page. NOTE: You must be logged in to get the gadget code for your favorites

Use the Gadget Code Tool to get the code that you'll need to use to display your favorite playgrounds. Select "Start with your favorite playgrounds".

Step 4 - Add the Gadget Code to your Website

Open up the page of your website or blog where you would like the favorite playground list to appear, and then paste in the code that you copied from the "Get The Gadget" tool.

Step 5 - Publish your web page

Once you have added the gadget code to your web page, save your page and publish it to your website. The list should appear. If you run into any issues, contact us and let us know.
